After 20 some years of dealing with CEO, I have realized that not all DMC’s are the same. From day one I also realized that if my company then (Optimum Travel) was to be successful, I would need to build strong relationships with my suppliers. To do so, I went looking for someone (DMC) with whom I could more or less partner with. I was not looking for a “company” per say, but, a person who would have a similar passion as I have ,and that no matter what, I could count on.. That person is John Nedeau and his very strong support staff of Alex, Ivan, Memo and others who have been part of the CEO team for years. I cannot think of any other DMC who provides the “personal” touch like CEO. I would like to highlight something that will demonstrate why every Event Planner should consider CEO as their Mexican travel partner. In November of 2018 I had a group in Playa Mujeres. Working with CEO we had made monogrammed bath robes for each participant. One day prior to group arrival I realized that I had given CEO a wrong name, resulting in 2 robes with the wrong initials. I immediately called John Nedeau to see what if anything we could do. John and Alex found 2 identical type robes in Cancun and had them both embroidered and delivered to the hotel within hours.. Need I say anymore.?... I mention this as to highlight what CEO could do when a problem arises. On the same trip, we had a participant who required some urgent dental work. Once again John came to the rescue. He immediately called his own dentist, who came into his office late in the day to take care of the problem. One of his staff even drove to the hotel to pick up the guest and transferred them to the dental office.. If you are not already a client of CEO, I strongly suggest that you book your next Cancun event with them.

Dear John, I wanted to thank you for all your support on our 2015 Pinnacle Club event at Grand Velas. I knew when we met you on the site visit that you “got” what we were looking for – a high end, high service and seamless corporate incentive.
